Players earn Cleansed Remains by completing the account-wide weekly quest, Pet Battle Challenge: Stratholme.
Prerequisites for the Stratholme Challenge quest include: Tiny Terrors of Stratholme (Normal) and at least 15 max level battle pets.

I fall in love with this pet straight away after bringing her to 25 ;). AWESOME pet to get down almost any flying team, beware though with Spirit Spikes as, as Illumnati mentioned, it is worthless against >194 enemy’s multi hits (like, for instance, Quills or Moth Balls). Well, not really worthless, as it BLOCKS those attacks anyway, without drawback though. Being really fast itself pair her with Sentinel's Companion and you've got team of MURDERERS !!!! :))) LOVE IT !!!!
Fast and strong, Shrieker is an awesome pet vs flyer.
Only 5 other pets have Spirit Strikes. The unfortunate thing
about Spirit Strikes is that it only lasts for one round, has a
4 round cool down, and if it blocks a barrage completely, it
has no benifit at all.
You have to gage it so that it blocks LESS than the enemy hits. Make sure the enemy hits multiple times with MORE than 194 per hit. In this way, the enemy will kill itself.
If not, all hits are blocked and your enemy takes no damage.
