In order to get this, you must have a pet that resembles the pet you're trying to purchase. You simply summon the pet, and then you can purchase the one from the vendor. Pets/Beetles that I found that match: Endmite, Paulie, Rango.

Once you obtain the Dream Infusion, summon the "similar type" pet, then you will be able to purchase the pet you want.
