Starting May 20, 2025 players will be able to participate in the limited time Horrific Visions Revisited event. It's based on the original Horrific Visions event that released during the Battle For Azeroth expansion.

Eye of Chaos has a chance to drop from the corrupted chest that is rewarded at the end of Old Town in Vision of Stormwind Horrific Visions Revisited.
