Upon reaching Honor Level 20, Horde characters are rewarded with this companion pet.
Players that have unlocked this PVP reward can use a max level Alliance character to purchase the opposing faction's equivalent pet for 500 gold.
Prior to Honor Levels, this companion was rewarded at Prestige Level 1 (2017). After the system conversion from Prestige to Honor, this companion had its Honor Level-requirement changed.

A really strong battle pet!
fanatic base quality is rare not poor.
he's really funny to have out when you're going around, he cheers and claps for you in chat and says things like "horde fanatic steals a strand of your hair", "horde fanatic scoots a little closer to you", "horde fanatic writes your name on a little heart"
With his pretty damn good moveset he is a tier one humanoi.
With his spamable Jar and nice damage and the dodge it's quite powerfull
The damage and speed reduction paired with the humanoid racial you're gonna survive a long time, in pvp he takes a 357 s/s pet down and versus pve opponents he rocks aswell.
Rofl, It would be even funnier if it had bright golden orange hair.
