Big thanks to Pinrut for their comment, I found mine in the Flashfrost Assault in Waking Shores, but I couldn't find any while flying over - their advice to land and run around was perfect, found one pretty much immediately!

Found mine at Flashfrost Assault in Waking Shores. It was a grey one, but no problem to use a stone to raise to rare.

Just found mine in Azure at 71.48, 43.80
Found in The Azure Span in a small hole in the ground at 59.50, 44.78.
Found as a main pet in The Azure Span outside of Camp Antonidas near ythe bronze time keeper (I did not pull coordinates)
Did anyone find a breed other then B/B?
Note that you need to basically be on the ground in the blue bit for these to appear on your map. If you're just flying over, you won't see them.
Found as a primary pet in The Waking Shores (59, 77).
