Death Talon Whelpguard

3 on 4 runs. I really like this guy on pet battles and i dont undestand why him rate is so average. Even without the racial bonus, he can easy take care of 2 maximum level pets alone. 

Hard hitter, especially with the Dragonkin racial. Also can really put the hurt on other Dragonkin with Blitz. When I see them in use they often wait until they their racial activates then they do Whirlwind boosted by 50%. Other use is to pair it with a pet with team speed boost, like Dazzling Dance. This boosts both Blitz and Clobber, since otherwise 260 speed is pretty middleground.

Spiked skin got buffed so blocks dots better, and you get a little bonus damage too.

I got him today. I was searching the AH when i saw him for 400 gold. :) Happy Dance

Since the loss of Breath on my Celestial Dragon I've taken to this little fellow until I raise a decent dragon and get a rare Kun-Lai Runt as he takes care of dragonkin and human damage. I'm quite pleased with him.

I got mine tonight after the second week of trying. He runs just like the BWL mobs (as if he has a weapon in his hand) and also occasionally looks as if he's carrying a weapon over his shoulder. It looks cute when he does it, but it makes me wonder if they intended this or if he's missing a weapon. I'm fine with it the way it is, it's hillarious... especially with the pet food that makes him larger.
