I successfully found a blue quality as the main pet with secondaries, in Chittering Den, cursor indicates the location as Shadowvein Extraction site (The Ringing Deeps). If you look on your map and see the route of the rare Spore-Infused Shalewing, I found the blue right by the topmost spawn point of this rare.

 

I was looking for this pet for a while so I hope this helps a little.
