Spawn around Lexical Glade on random days...58.5, 83.2 Did not need to kill Critter or emote - just there ready for capture along with Predatory Helicid

Found as a primary pet around 58, 81. It was hovering just above the water - based on the description, I'd wondered if it would be in the water or flying.
