Players will need to reach Renown Level 7 with the Maruuk Centaur faction to gain access to Essence of Awakening (can also be purchased or traded with someone of that Renown). This on use item grants a buff necessary to see The Quackcestor.

If your buff wore off, and you still havent caught your desired quality/breed, dont despair, the essence at the tent respawns, so you can get the buff again and again! Also, a bit of a warning, the pets are surrounded by mobs that fear you into other mobs, which makes it very easy to accidentally kill the pets, so be careful! Besf of luck! :-)
You don't need any rep to get this - go to the hut at /way 86 21 and it is just inside the entrance on the left, on the table. Click that for a one hour buff (comes off at death but can be picked back up). Then go to the area around the river at /way 42 45 and you will find several The Quackcestors fluttering around. Check and kill them until a blue spawns, as they respawn very quickly.
Took me about 15mins into the buff to find my rare! There seemed to always be at one up. There were a few up the hill so search the area alittle! Good Luck!
