When Alvin said he wanted to be the best anvil ever, everyone doubted him. If anvils could laugh, he'd be the one laughing now.
Hands down one of the best animations of any battle pet. Turning around to watch this guy follow you is hilarious.
I bought this guy on the AH for around $25,000 gold.
In regards to the tip for the crafting order (@Trianthe): I gave 6000g, with all mats included. Considering that the AH price of the pet on my realm is currently 24000g, I think this is OKish, probably a bit low. The order was completed within 2 hours.
I always find it hilarious when people are posting crafting orders with a humiliating tip of 10g or such. Even if the crafter has zero mat costs, he still has invested time/gold in learning the recipe, or in this case, farming the recipe.
Can confirm: he does in fact function as an anvil for blacksmithing and engineering.
Any ideas on what an appropriate tip would be for a public work order for this little buddy?
According to people who have tested this on the Beta, Alvin DOES count as an anvil for doing blacksmithing and the like.
