Players will need to access the Zskera Vault on The Forbidden Reach to collect this pet. This is achieved after unlocking World Quests in this zone, and collecting keys to unlock the vault.

Players that gain access to the Zskera Vault can find a Prototype Tinker-Tron within one of the rooms. Find a Neltharion Gift Token (requires Energized Circlet to see) and turn it in to Tinker-Tron to receive a Tattered Gift Package.
