The treasure that drops this pet is located high up in the hollow of a giant tree in The Azure Span. Loot the nearby Tree Sap first and then Stick to lure a bird close enough to interact with.

This is got to be one of the easiest pets i have ever gotten!!!

I found this as a little interactive event in The Azure Span. 26.55, 46.25 -- Big Tree Hills. There's a large fallen tree. If you fly/run up the tree there's a hollow at the top with blob of sap, a stick, and a Pepper Hammer bird that looks like this pet flying around. Click the sap, then you can click the stick, then the pepper hammer will come over, and eventually you can click on the bird and it gives you this pet.
