This is tied to the rare Dionae in Bastion. She spawns in a cave at 41, 48. Upon defeating her the steward in the cave will offer you his stew pot as a reward, which is effectively the loot from killing the rare. Unfortunately the pet does not seem to be a 100% drop rate.
