I don't have a massive collection and I haven't tried everything out there, but this is a fantastic little workhorse. I've gotten him to lvl 13 so I don't have the last 2 moves available yet, but I set him up to heal at the end of ever turn, dish some damage whenever he's hit, and the lvl 10 attack hits pretty hard while reducing damage taken on the next turn with no cool down. It keeps up his health and chews down the enemy. Slow, but very effective. I can't praise this pet enough.

I tried all the suggestions I could find for "Someone Setup The Pumpkin Bomb" and "Lawn Of The Dead", but works for me is 2 rows of sunflowers at the back on the left followed by 1 row of freezers, then all tentacles with stonenuts wherever needed (need Lots in LOTD) to slow undead progression until you can afford a tentacle to take out something that's breaking through. When planting the tentacles I positioned roughly middle first. Save bombs for mobs and the bosses. STOCKPILE SUN!

Found my rare at the little farm west of Lakeshire in the Redridge Mountains.  There's always several chicken critters there and often a battle pet or two.

Named her after Samari Jack when I realized how good a fighter she is.  That and there's an episode where he was turned into a chicken. :)

They're surprizingly tough little birds and "Jack Attack" is fast becoming a favorite even without a healing ability!
