Step 1: Kill Mudgatu

Step 2: Turn in the item (sunglasses).

Step 3: Tell Zeldis you need a better reward.

Step 4: Follow him, interact.

Step 5: Chase the sneaky mud mask, get quest.

Step 6: Turn in.

Only took a few minutes.

@Youarewelcome, yes, it may have helped, ambient critters and battle pets share the same spawn points.

No luck at all in Waking Shores, check out 52, 48 area in Thaldraszus, found instantly there, no searching. Multiple spawns up.

He runs from you, so you have to be quick to click on him then click the dialog option when you have the 2 items in inventory.

@ Animorpher, kill any critters and battle pets. They all share spawns, not only the particular one.

Hopefully a buttload of dragon pets, the ducks are cool, but like, we don't need more than 5.

It appears you can build this pet daily. Any parts collected and no used will disappear from you bags on reset. I made 2 on the same toon now.

Drop rate is very low :(  . Killed about 5 times, no drop yet. Also must be lvl 60.

Found as a primary pet near "The Golden Stair".

It doesn't have anything to do with how many waves. Blizzard said "we haven't figured it out yet". Getting to higher waves isn't "figuring something out". I suspect it does include the butterfly net because what other purpose would it serve? It might say it comes the jelly deposit because you buy the net with jellies. Is there a "Devil's Island" somewhere in game?

@Sffcorgi: You can't trigger the invasions, they are random events.

SWEET! As of today, he's fixed, fully usable on the Alliance side (he was previously unsummonable/unslotable).

I've also seen BB and HH breed. You don't have them listed.

Two more pets in build 788, alliance and horde themed crabs for reaching honor level 400!

@FuxieDK, Legion gold rewards are crazy. I've made over 5m gold this expansion. You need to figure out how to make gold it seems. At least the pet doesn't cost 1m, you just have to have it in your bags, its not actually spent. But 5 order halls with gold missions pulling in ~3-8k a day, gold adds up really fast. Also if you have a follower with gold items as your combat ally, you can make 100 or so gold every WQ, 10 WQs, that's an easy 1k.

Happy to have so many new pets, but a little disappointed so many are vendor pets. Its just not interesting to buy a pet. I hope the drop rates for the expedition pets aren't super low.

Total number feels light compared to Legion and WoD which had well over 100 at launch. Also guys, Platysaur (atm) cannot battle and its 100k! DISAPPOINTING!
