There are two entrances to the Master's Cellar, the one you want for the Restless Shadeling is found at Tom Tom Waypoint /way 47.56, 78.24Resltess Shadeling can only be found in the early morning, from 12am - 7am EST
If there are Shadelings on the other side of the Fel Barrier, die and resurrect on the other side to reach them.
