I lost mine when I left my guild, maybe because I stayed without a guild for ages, but I had to repurchase him. I'm not sure when he disappeared, I know I had him for a while, but after MOP came out I rechecked and he was nowhere to be found :(

I found about 5 up on Razorthorn Shelf (Terrokar side). One was a rare and is now a main part of my 25's team. He's awesome and I love the reflection spell he does. Hits hard too.

Definitely think the rates have been upped. Had a toon camped out there for months without ever seing one. Went back on a whim (after giving up for months) and there were at least 8 out there. No rares, but several uncommon.
