You can find them as secondary pets but they also show as primary pets around the Shaljai tar pits

For those wondering, like me, these are still obtainable as of patch 7.2. I went back at odd hours for a few days and then suddenly, bam, a whole slew of them everywhere. Don't give up! They still spawn
