@aguiaazul: The Stone Armadillo can have the same breeds as the Armadillo Pup and both have the same abilities, so whichever breed you don't get from the Armadillo Pup can be picked up via the Stone Armadillo.

The one I found was just east of the path to AQ20. I can also confirm two other spawn points: one just SW of the summoning stone, and another just outside the entrance of AQ20.

The spawn rate seems to be proportional to the number of players in the area. Varying from 1.5-2 hrs with low pop, to 20-30 mins for high pop.

I recommend patrolling the area. Spawn camping limits your exposure and many players who are camping go AFK and miss when the pets spawn nearby. Good luck.
