North of the town of Lakeshire in the elevated region, not merely North of Lake Everstill. If one were to visit the hilly region to the Northeast of the major lake, one would likely find none of these little flappers :3

Found one at 3 AM server time, sky still starry.. I'm not sure if maybe he was a leftover, since some say these only spawn in the daytime, but don't be discouraged to go seeking at night :)

I acquired a rare first try, looking around farms proved sucessful in my hunt for one :) though I'm sure they spawn other places in Westfall.
