In the southwestern portion of Borean Tundra after checking all around Sholazar Basin, fortuntely I was able to capture with the frost Dragon (Frosty?) from Lich King CE, the molten Welshporgy, and Etheral Soul-Trader, if memory serves~
Eventually I mean to collect the fiery version of Val'kyr from rep grinding in Stormheim, though purely for combat the Unborn seems to be best placed (when viable, etc.) out front so as to place the 4-5 round dot before retreating~
