The journal loot list doesn't list the pets in LFR, only Normal onwards, so I wouldn't expect the pets to drop in LFR.

Sadly the armory doesn't show when you level these pets to 25 via leveling stones either, but its definitely doable (except sky lantern, it can't be stoned to rare or to 25).
