You can have 3 total. All seem to be B/B. I got 2 grays and 1 white. Not cageable. Tons of them on the island when I was there. But also tons of adult murlocs that are a huge pain, so use stealth if you can. Most importantly they are so CUTE! :D

What are your opinions on the best breed? I've done this religiously for four months now and have been lucky to get multiples. I'm wondering which I should try to sell on the AH and which I should keep. I know that's a very broad question and someone out there is rolling their eyes, but in purely generic terms, if you had multiple breeds, which would you keep and which would you give up?

Just got this little buddy today. I started in mid-December while on Christmas holiday. For a solid month I never saw the quest, and server hop didn't help since no one does this content any more it seems. I was planning on submitting a ticket, but, and it may just be a coincidence, I finally started to get the quest regularly the day 7.1.5 update came out--multiple days in a row on 3 occasions. Still took four weeks total though, but it is possible to get. I will love him and call him Bambam.

I don't know if I'm just missing something obvious or if something has changed since these comments were left, but after you kill Hoptallus, the doorway you came though is closed and you can't go back that way, so you can't get back to the beginning once you clear the dungeon. I ended up resetting the instance and collecting as I went through. A L110 mage had no prob soloing and collecting as I went. Took about 30 minutes (5 teas) to get them all.

This was the only pet in the Northern Barrens that I didn't have. They were never there when I went. Sunday night (10:00 EST) I decided to get serious and sent my main and 4 mage farming alts (5 servers in all, no cross-realm overlap). And I saw a grand totally of 3. I was ok with the 1 UC I bagged, but I parked the toons there to check in the AM. Today (7:30 am EST) I saw tons of them on all 5 servers with at least 1 R each server. (Got two on a server.) So get up early to hunt these beauties.

Thank you for your comments! I finally found the Dusty Rug and ran into a Rare S/B first thing. Then got an Uncommon P/S and a Poor S/S. I didn't see this mentioned before, but you can go back to the rug and get more time. I realized I hadn't checked every bunny, so I went back to the rug (on grate in the Horde Area) and it was still there. I clicked and got another 15 minutes! No better Dustys but did get rare upgrades for a bat and frog.
