Actually looks sort of cool. Better than most of the other "archetype" pets, which generally look like dog sh*t.
Oh good, another one of these f'ing turtles.
Not only does he mount up with you, but he has separate ground and flying mounts to use as appropriate. Nicely done.
To avoid any confusion, the NPC that follows you around delivers mail. This combat pet that receive from doing her quests does not, however, deliver mail.
I found one before I even knew it existed. Unfortunately, after I super-barked it down to a few HP, it unalived itself with it "crystal overload" ability. :( I have spent some time trying to find another with no luck.
I have no idea why, but this was given to me when I opened the chest to collect my trader's tender for whatever I'd done the past few days.
Mobility is wrong. He does fly along with you.
"Since you cannot list lockbox in auction house, you got to get this yourself."
No, you can buy the pet off the AH.
My favorite pet. Feed him a biscuit and he's a full-size, very creepy companion to my undead main. My burnout friend. Everybody has one.
I can't believe the low appearance rating. This is a great-looking pet!
Anyway, to the guy below, I'm pretty sure Wowhead is wrong. Someone imported the model for the Lord of the Corpseflies Necrolord covenant mount and posted it erroneously as a pet.
"Has anyone ever seen a male breed of this pet?"
It's got boobs, so I'm going to guess "no."
"Unfortunately, it is bugged, so the name displays as 'Unkmown' when summoned."
The Underbelly secondary hint is fantastic. Not only does it show up as a secondary, it does so frequently. 3 out of 4 for me. Don't bother running around Spires -- you'll get it in minutes in the Underbelly.
I speculate that it shows up at the same rate whether you're fighting blind rats or war turtles. I was 1/1 on rats and 2/3 for turtles.
The model has been improved: now even more disgusting!
"why does the data sheet say these are capturable in mysts of pandera ? "
Continuing the long-standing tradition of Blizzard not knowing that locusts are grasshoppers.
Got mine during a Black Empire assault, so Mogu assault not necessary. Found at the pond just south of the words "THE GOLDEN PAGODA" on the zone map. Uncommon.
Not to be mistaken for the goldEN beetle, which has different moves and no SS version. Not that they bothered to change the appearance, or really even the name.
Yeah, finding three rares for this achievement is easy, so don't worry about doing instances or any of that nonsense. Just doing a few quests in the zone I blundered into one of them and a second was called out over the general channel. To get the third I only had to circle the zone once.
