Widow spiders are very beautiful creatures in "real life" and the Warcraft version is no exception. If you are a spider lover, make your way over to Duskwood and grab yourself one of these deadly ladies. You won't be disappointed! Happy hunting.

The respawn on these pets seems noticably better since the latest updates. I finally managed to catch a glipse of these elusive pets after several weeks of camping. It was well worth the wait, since it is a very cool looking creature! Happy hunting.

This is hands down my new favorite pet for the sheer fact that he is loud as HELL! And he looks awesome as well. Great job Blizzard!

It's a good idea to make a new gnome and just keep him or her in the area. I did this method and was able to capture the kitty with minimal effort. Happy hunting!

For an fairly easy to obtain pet, this whelpling has a very striking and impressive appearance. This pet is a must for all avid collectors. Happy hunting!

Don't be a dummy like me and try to capture this one without switching out your high level pets. Can we say, one shot? Yeah. :(

I parked my shammy by the tourney grounds in order to check up on this spawn. I had been at it for over a week and even make a DK on a Brazilian server to check there. Yeah, desperate, I know. So, I log in to the shammy to mail my monk some spare cash and decide to casually fly over the spawn area. My heart almost jumped out my throat when I saw paws. PAWS! EVERYWHERE! I even managed to catch a rare, so I never, ever have to see that place again. Happy hunting!

I don't know if I deserved to be this lucky, but I got it after only six kills.

Reminds me of that great 1982 classic horror filmĀ Basket Case.

This very nice looking whelp was the easiest for me to get at 208 kills. If you are looking to complete your whelp collection, you may want to start with this one.

I killed about 3900 mobs in the Wetlands before this whelpling dropped.

Dropped after 319 Ebon Whelps in the Wetlands. I feel I got a bit lucky on this farm.

Over seven hours in the Swamp of Sorrows (very appropriate name), hundreds of mobs slain and over 200 bags opened, but I finally got this little guy.
