For those interested, if you can get a pure speed based polly rare, it currently the fastest speed based pet in the game with its racial active. It took me around 5 rares to finally find the top speed based rare version of it.

Found a total of 3 on my server/crz. First was uncommon, second was rare, third was common.
time was 5 PM EST. Goodluck to all the hunters!
Note: I found the first 2 between Lake Kel'Theril and Starfall Village and the third owl was around the mountain peaks at Mazthoril.
