My Fairweather Friend. When it's going good, it's going great. Unfortunately, the 50% on Demolish is more realistically closer to 20%. When it does land, it's glorious, but ultimately not worth all the misses. I got mine easily just going around Winterspring. I didn't know how rare they were until I started reading up here. I found 3 rare quality with no problem, but that was in 2012 or 2013, maybe they're more scarce now? It's a cool pet to have, just not very practical to have one that misses.

One of the strongest P/P attackers in the game. I don't know what some people are talking about. I'm Horde, and have no problems at all battling or capturing them. Maybe it's something they changed with a patch? Oh, I hate it when people post where and when they found their rare. They're spawned by a random number generator, so it doesn't help! That being said, I just caught my rare, P/P as a second to a Highlands Turkey near the cave in Vermillion Redoubt at 1:24pm server time on Balnazzar! :P

Mottomoot, battle pets of the type of stone you want with lower level pets you have to get battle stones.

I found mine in West Crystalsong. I accidentally had a critical hit bring her hp to 7. Be careful, as others have mentioned, she has an ability to kill herself. Try not to let that happen. I recommend putting her in a food coma using a Turkey. It's for her own protection.

With my settings turned up all the way, the snow wasnt visible until I stopped flying. Arctic fox kit wasn't nearly as prolific as I'd expected. There was never more than one on my radar at a time, and they were only in the flat areas. I captured 2 rares and killed the rest before it stopped snowing. Unlike the baby apes, these do not respawn.

I dont know how I got it. Maybe it was an add,and I captured it,because it was rare. When I started using it, I couldn't believe how good it it was. It easily put sinister squashling to shame in both damage, and healing. At level 18, I soloed 3 level 24s! The Shell shield ignores stampede, swarm, nuts, eggs, and DOT effects, allowing you to have turns where you dont take any damage, deal damage, and heal all in one!

This is no doubt the coolest companion pet. Props to the designer,you put most others to shame. The sounds and annimations are second to none. Now to get voted down...I cant win with this as a battle pet. Having to wait at least 2 rounds for just a mediocre heal doesnt work for me. The damage he does doesnt make up for slow healing, and he's so slow the opponent always gets to go first, which means he's usually dead and buried on the turn he was supposed to pop up and heal.

I found them at 8:49am on a rainy Wednesday. I cleared them all out capturing 2 rares before trying my other server. A few observations and some may be wrong... First, these are never a second or third to the one you're battling. Second, there are a few of them inside the bubble, but not down inside the crater. Third, after you battle them, they dont respawn. Finally, If you cant find them in the ruins, check to the west where the bubble meets the hill. Sometimes people forget about that one!
