Caught this (last one remaining on the Zookeeper achivement) at 19.43 (realm time) on the Chamber of Aspects server. No other Minfernal had spawned, just this one in the whole spawning area. I had not been waiting for it (this time), I was just flying by. I was a lvl 15 Poor Power.

I just got it and it was my third try doing the raid. I am so happy!
