The enchanted bough was the most well hidden - probably because you don't have to fight anyone to get to the location. Look under the chair platform in the ampitheater, it's hidden in the weeds. A casual glance won't reveal it, you almost have to be standing on top of it.
When we got to the cache, we could not see it. Logging off for two minutes, then logging on fixed it.
