Thanks for the info! I almost bought the Plushie without realizing the pet is a wild catch. Not that I would mind the plush, it's pretty dang cute!

Boo. Guess I better hurry up and get the Celestial Tournament done. I'm not a huge battler, most just a collector so this is a huge blow.

I don't have engineering, but I was able to craft this pet and the Mechanical Scorpid at level 2 engineering gearworks. It also has the Lifelike Mechanical Frostboar available, just haven't gotten the mats yet. I do have a level 3 garrison, but I haven't upgraded my engineering building yet.

There are garrison follower quests that award 2500 rep with them.

If you know someone with the recipe, to collect the mats to craft it you need: 100 Sumptuous Fur + 50 Gorgrond Flytraps (so they can craft the necessary Hexweave Cloth) and 10 Sorcererous Earth. 

It takes 5 Secrets of Draenor Tailoring so it takes 5 days to learn the recipe. 

(Three days to go...can you all tell I'm being impatient? :-))

The small islands are the way to go. Grab some water walking elixir if you can and circle around the small group of islands. I had one drop in under 10 minutes (I know because exactly fourteen seconds after it did, my water walking buff ran out :) )

I'm so excited! I was worried all the hype would lead to a let down, but they're real! Looking forward to getting the toy as well. Good luck with the treats everyone!

Deeprun tram on the Stormwind side is great for this. I grabbed a guildie and we each took a side. Got the last couple thousand rats in an afternoon. 

Plus any time someone asked what I was doing I just said "Killin rats." Nothing funnier than a gnome monk spinning around over hundreds of dead rodents.

Caught from ship wreck debris standing on some rocks a little ways off shore to the east of the docks. Got it with the second sealed crate. I had been fishing there for about 20 minutes when the debris showed up.

Very happy. Been farming open water every Faire, first time I got one.

Is this pet cageable?  My husband was gifted one, but it says "can't bind to account" when he tries to learn it.

One of my guildies got two and gifted me one. I feel super lucky. It was so nice of him to share.

Anyone else have Flik glitch and only appear underground? Been trying to buy this pet and he's apparently stuck. :-(

Just got this pet as a prize playing the turtle ring toss! I'm so excited!
