Snow Cubs are an excellent source of xp for anyone wanting to level all of their mechanical pets from 1 to 4 as there are so many of them throughout Dun Morogh.

As combat pets, they are a pure beast class and the devour ability makes them exceptionally easy to level up against critter and humanoid types.

I got my first one at around 1:30am server.  I definately had to hang around for over 30 minutes waiting, but I think it was closer to an hour.  He was uncommon.  I suspect with the single spawn and long respawn timer that all Tiny Bog Beast will be uncommon or rare.
