Dropped from N'chala the Egg Theif who spawned at approximately at 70,38 for me. He slowly walks in the valley connecting the Feeding Grounds to the Savagelands underneath the rope bridge. Can confirm that it appears to be a 100% drop rate the first time you kill him, and was glad to note that my friend who was in a party group with me also got him as well. Spawn time seems to be over an hour at least
