I got this after about 520 kills.  It's easy enough however because they're near instant respawn timer.  I think it took me 30 minutes to an hour.  Nice grind for a filthy pet!

Unbelievable! I got this after only 38 mobs.  I'm definitely going to be paying for this bit of luck with my next grind.
