Comments here are seriously out of date. As of 8.35 BFA it does not exist. Having run it on my 12x 120s 4 times. The looting system is incorrect and furthermore you dont need to even kill the first boss to see if it is there, thanks to rare spawn.

Milk cup spawned on second floor in BFA. I used my manasaber cat mount and flew to the perch. Dismounted and pushed in, a gnome or dwaft would be cake to get in. 

I can confirm as mentioned below that Drudge Ghoul does indeed drop on 25man normal. May 2020 

Logged in 2.08PM Skywall server time Loc. 55.68 and got a level 13 grey. Plopped a stone on its B/B butt. 

Found @ 46.26 35.03 under the tree near Giant Yeti.

Parked an alt and checked in every few hours. Day 2 it was raining and caught two apes with Grumpy. The rain stopped abruptly after I caught the second ape. Server time was 7/1/2020 @ 9.30PM AEDST. One Breed was PP and the other is BB so a blue stone, and away I go.

19 kills and boom. While Im here, there are four ways to get up to the lake. I used my DH but remembered the boost with wings just over the bridge. Just click the pylon and float over to the lake. If you have a speed boost it stacks and gets you their faster. I should make a video. :)

2. Go through portal to Chrystalsong ie. Northrend  

3. Go down into the Underbelly to 63,16

4. 40g and your Ghostly Skull 

Wasn't snowing for a week. Snowing today (Aug 30/2019) @11PM EST got a rare @ 48,57. Fox kits everywhere.   

I can confirm as of Aug 2019 that the Raptor still drops in this area. It took 10 shots to bag it @ 72,19 just circle this coord nothing fancy.
