Interesting enough when you aggro some of the other mobs it seems you cannot kill the battle pets in the area. This is very nice as many of the pets are close to the raptors and I have accidentally killed a pet I was trying to capture many times :-(. Picked up a S/S but no rares. Location as other said in the feeding grounds. Haven't seen any anywhere else in the zone.

Quite a few around. If you are roaming around questing you won't have any trouble finding some. I never saw a rares in my travels though.

Also only ever saw B/B breeds. Going to head back and just grab the first one I see and stone it. The frustration is too many Beasts and not enough Beast stones.

Easy enough to find one but gave up trying to get a rare. Captured both an S/S and H/H.

Found the letter last night. Smaller than I thought it would be but still very evident beside the mailbox. Check your mail after and you’ll have a letter to go see the Post Master. If you have trouble finding him like I did the entrance is really a tube going into the ground over in the cemetery you run through to get to the pet battle area in Dalaran.

Got my extra package if anyone needs it to start the quest.

Got mine on 10 man normal after four tries and do not have Legion, only WOD.

Not sure if others have commented on this before but I just ran Firelands last night and got this pet to drop without having Legion. I hadn’t run any content for this Raiding with Leashes because I thought I needed the expansion.

Got the S/S version. Think H/S may be better with moves that do damage to itself and since Surge already goes first.

How do you get to these mobs? Aren't they behing a locked gate?

Now a million on a pet which you could also vendor goods to or access your bank from or even ride that would be cool. Surely Blizzard has to come up with some other ideas. How about a pet who could teleport a party member to you. I think Blizzard is laughing with every $1M pet sold. They probably have a counter up at Head Office.

Do you only ever get the mission once? So if you get it and sell the pet you will never get the mission again or if you get the mission but are away and never use it will it come up again?

Do you have to have the Trading Post to gain the rep?

This pet is not tied to the dailies for Socrether's Rise.

Where are people leveling pets these days? Are you going back to the Pandaria trainers?

Can you craft this in your garisson without have blacksmithing as a profession?

What is the point of this?? The pets hanging out at your garisson?

OK after reading all the comments I just bought one off the AH for 10K. I'll never be able to spend the time it takes to run that raid unless I get really lucky and jump in at the end of one and if I get double lucky and get the drop. If that happens then great I'll have two and sell/trade one later.

So can you get him in your garrison herb garden without the profession?

Sorry I misread the text. So you can get him in your herb garden it sounds like even without herbalism. Can anyone confirm they got him without herbalism? Or any guesses on drop rate? Just wondering if it is easier to buy the little fella.

Did we make a forum with this? ALso what it the point of leaving pets in your garrison? If you can learn the Elekk Plushie with level 1 tailoring I think I will be rerolling a profession before WOD.

So if I have a P/P breed caged and relearn it will it switch to a B/B breed?
