I rolled a DK on Gallywix-Brazil. At about 2am Gallywix time I killed everything but critters except to do the few pet battles there] An hour later I found a poor quality one, the only paw on the map. I'm happy!

It's 4am Gallywix now because I hung around killing only rats to try to make more spawn. Nope. I only saw two other folks who passed through in all that time. The area I covered was the entire 5 hole area with infernals.  I found him near the middle hole towards the bottom.

I got Porcupette from Aki the Chosen near Shrine of Seven Stars just now at 345pm Zangarmarsh time, 545pm EDT. So happy!!!! I have been doing pet dailies [irregularly] for about a month. Good luck to all!

I finally got a rare 2nd trip up Kota Peak at 35.69, 56.77 at 7:15pm Zangarmarsh time and 915pm EDT. He's a Speed/Balance kinda guy. I fought about seven of them tonight and about 5 the first time. They all tried to get my goat, but I got mine :D

This rat is a great fighter! She's one of my level 25's. I love her blue coat and the rat/mouse animation is really cute :) Apologies to y'all that I forgot to note how I got her at the time :( I went on a pet catching spree in Mt Hyjal that day, and I am happy that I got a rare. GL to all of you trying to get that rare or breed :)

I love this cat! I would like to see more skins on it [maybe a Tortoise Shell color and a couple of Calico variations?]. All my cats are beautiful and I am trying to collect all! I would also like to see more dog breeds and bird breeds. Keep up the good work, Developers! We love you!! :)

I'm on Zangarmarsh at 11:42am 1:42pm EDT it is raining on Jaguero Isle and I got my rare after getting uncommon 2 different specs. There were about 10 up and I left all the others I checked. They were all over the island.

Caught a rare Rabid Nut Varmint inside Everlook at 60.0 50.6 at 1015pm Zangarmarsh time or 1215am EDT. I've looked for this pet in Winterspring and found poor quality ones as secondaries, but this one was the primary. I didn't even make the rounds and kill robocritters [I hate to do this anyways]. This is right after catching a common quality Robo-Cub! I'm very happy and good luck to you other pet hunters :) The Robo-Cub was on a hill near Horde Flight Master as another poster suggested. Found Poor quality at 71.9 47.3 On Zangarmarsh server at 725pm or 925pm EDT in Icecrown near Sindracosa's Fall. My first try! Good luck to all, I didn't see anyone around looking for him but one other person. Level 23 H/H [they come in H/H and P/S]

Found two poors at 57.5 76.8 at 1125 am EDT and Zangarmarsh time 925am. Left them for someone else, since I have a poor quality one. This is in The Sea of Cinderss in Searing Gorge. Good luck, everyone!

Got my rare after capturing poor, common, and uncommon in front of and between the caves. The rare spawned at 52.3 60.9 near the back of the main cave 835am EDT and 635 Zangarmarsh time. There were maybe ten spawns. On previous trips I found maybe one or none. Maybe they do not respawn after the initial spawn for a long time. I'm so happy :) I did not kill the others in looking for this rare but left them for others, good hunting!

I used a toon over on the Oceanic side, Nagrand Server, to catch a poor quality P/B Tiny Twister. I was there exactly 30 mins and didn't run through but 3 times. I did as one poster suggested and waited for the twisters to respawn, but the twisters didn't wait for me to get all the way through 2nd and 3rd times! Four spawns total, but I left the two other poors for someone else :)

Finally! After many trips to Terror Run, got him at 620 pm Zangarmarsh time or 920 EDT at 27 58.5 aver the border in Golakka Hot Springs. He is a P/B, out of possible P/B, P/P or B/B and I am over the moon :) Thanks for posts, so I knew to kill all but the mom to make him spawn!

At about 750 am EDT [550 Zangarmarsh time] got a rare! This was my second trip here to try to get one. Last trip I got a green after hours of killing/pet battling everything around the instance and the cave behind it with the help of my sister, who also got a Spawn. This trip I spent 2 hours, one round of killing dragonkin and the rest of the time pet battling. Don't give up! Pet battling your way around works! Thanks, posters! Found at 51.9 70.9

I got my rare at 315am Zangarmarsh time or 515 am EDT after returning an hour or two later. At first there were only two and poor quality. The 2nd time, about six or so. Rare on 3rd try right in the middle part down below of the star shaped crack in the earth, right in the center of Twi Hi. I hope you get him on your first try :) Thanks for comments so I knew where to look!

I got a green on my first trip to Isle of Thunder at about midnight EST. He was in the swampy area next to a lvl 90 giant turtle. I fought the turtle and died but was able to click on the little fellow outside the aggro range. The only other one I found was a gray, which I left for others. Got a blue stone after my next battle :) There were many people on the island so there may have been many others.

About 5am Zangarmarsh time or 7pm EDT I snagged a rare Arcane Eye first battle to replace the green from a previous trip. They are on the grounds and sometimes on the balconies of the towers. At this time there were many of them all around the place. There is also the Master Pet Trainer with the daily quest if you have unlocked them :)

Because someone said these were underground, I battled several lvl 68-70s on the way down, found a poor and then 2nd battle, a rare. That was about 5am Zangarmarsh time or 7pm EDT. Then, I snagged a rare Arcane Eye first battle to replace the green from a previous trip. For those who don't know, there are two underground entrances. The one I used was at 47.5 78.0 and the other is near it at 48.4 78.4 - both are stairs down in two different burned out houses. They can be seen from the air. 

I got lucky today, found a poor scorpling behind the Dark Portal on that little plateau and thanks to the other two pet collectors was able to switch out to the right team to capture him. Hoping for a blue stone to make him rare! :) Good luck to you others! It is 102am Zangarmarsh time, or 403 am EST. I was on a Horde toon. Thank you nice other 2 Alliance players who waited for me.

I spent an hour looking but didn't find any of this one. I even killed all the critters in and around Winterspring :( hoping for a spawn. Just thought I would mention it just to let folks know that many of us look for these pets and don't find them, but the joy is in the journey :) I gave my teams of this level some good xp so no time is wasted. Don't give up!

UPDATE: Found a Common, see my comment on Robo-Chick :) Common found near Horde Flight Master on hill at 1015pm Zangarmarsh time.

I saw the pawprint while trying to find the opening to the cave. Found him and he was rare! Captured at 8:15pm Zangarmarsh server time [11:15pm EST] at 41.5 27.3 inside the cave. Beginner's luck? This was my first time seaarching with no other players in this particular part of the map. Good luck to everyone else!
