Players must first gather 3 parts to craft Lend Me a Hand before looting the Skeletal Hand Fragments.
  • Animated Ulna - Very rarely a reward from a Pet Battle WQ in Maldraxxus
  • Animated Radius - Sold by Nalcorn Talsen for 250 Polished Pet Charms
  • Flexing Phalanges - Looted from Skeletal Hand Fragments object at 47.39 62.11 (to the left of the birds sitting on the giant bones). Can only be seen if you have both the Animated Radius and Animated Ulna.

Once you have the Animated Ulna, and the Animated Radius, head to Maldraxxus and you can loot the Flexing Phalanges at 47.39 62.11. Its a hand located on the ground. It is the final item you need to create Carpal. (thanks Matjz on Wowhead)

Animated Radius is now on the Undying Army Quartermasters in Oribos and Maldraxxus for 250 pet charms as well. It remains to be discovered how we will obtain the Flexing Phalanges.

The left hand in Latin is on the Sinister Side - (Sinister being left) so the most 'evil/sinister' part of the body was the left side. This may be why the left hand is the one left behind (yes pun intended).

Nobody knows why all of these skeletal hands are from the left hand. Where did the right hands go?
