The schematic can be purchased from Adjutant Nikos at Hero's Rest in Bastion or Adjutant Mikaros in Oribos. Engineers must be Exalted with The Ascended faction to learn how to craft this pet, but the pet can be used by anyone.

Inspired by the phalynx of Bastion, Engineers have modified the design to be approximately 300% more adorable.
Have anyone seen Black version? Silver and Gold one are for sale on AH all the time, but Black one are yet to be seen (at least on my server).
so he has razor talons and Omni pummel it's simple omnipummel strikes 4 times in one round and razor talons in p/p breed adds like 130 damage to each omnipummel hit. Also you can switch out razor talons for his first one which you could get crits but i prefer razor talons
Engineering recipe requires exalted faction with the Ascended if you are going to make this but you can also pick up from the AH. If you make it, the materials aren't too drastic either because it will likely take you long enough to get the faction!

Engineering is required to make it, and also Ascended exalted - but NOT to use it. My spouse loves me very much and is an Ascended engineer :).
