If th4 "Naga Attack" World Quest in northwest Nazmir is active, will cause the Coastal Boudners to phase out. :(  They'll be back when the WQ is over, but if you can't find them in Nazmir, this is probably why.

Seen as primary pets in the location marked. Secondary pets to Young Sand Sifters, Coastal Bounders, and Boghoppers. They respawn quite quickly. If you kill off a battle pet that does not have your breed, within a few minutes another will spawn. Recommended breeds - PB or HS.

I've found a spot with about 3-4 of them, none are added pet close to them west side of The Necropolis

So far I have found these in 2 sizes! 

 

Edit: It looks like the Pink variant is always large, the other two always normal sized. So the size is specific to the pink skin.
