Unfortunately, this didn't seem to lead members of the Secret Finding Discord anywhere of note.
Thankfully, a second clue has been given:
"kibbles of 4, sets the time, of a 4/4 beat, and defines the lines"
Some believe this clue to be music related. Or perhaps there's meaning behind the poem being 17 syllables (a haiku)? We'll have to wait and see if this poem helps the secret hunters!

Has anyone taken 4 kibbles to old Kara and checked to see if they can be placed on the keys on Sebastians' Organ ( no smut intended). Is the organ interactive in any way? Also is there a connection to Lordareon which he mentions prior to going to the Crazy Cat Ladys' house? Any hungry cats hanging around Old Lordareon? Sebastian is named after Bach, Bach has music entitled Partita for Keyboard No. 4, Music is the key to Happiness, C is the Happy Key. Are the scrolls clickable by Sebastian

Void-scarred cat looks a lot like Jenafur also, wonder if it's related?
The lines along a treble staff from bottom to top are.E,G, B,D, F the spaces are F,A,C, E. On the bass Clef, they are G,B,D,F,A and on the spaces....A,C, E, G.
I have a sneaking suspicious figuring out the kibbles will inform us what to do with the food, or atleast which food is important. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems like Blizzard has only given musical clues and have not mentioned anything about food? Which might suggest the two are not the same puzzle, and the food is the step after the kibbles. Even Sebastian says music is the key to happiness. For a lot of people food is happiness, Im sure cats feel that way too lol.

So I read that, and I think of a 4/4 beat.'Defines the lines', to me, would make me think where the notes are on the page.
So what I would personally wonder is those 4 kibbles: where do they line up on a page? What's the music that they're outlining?
Every image of the kibbles I've seen are 'up and down' from one another, so if you set them on a page, what notes would they play?Not sure if this means anything but in Catty Cathy's house there's exactly 4 cat food bowls and Nellie the cat is eating what looks like the stale loaf found in New Karazahn. (Also I'm wondering how strongly the ties to ALLIANCE only things are as this would be the first secret Horde couldn't help on...)
The lines in music are found on the ....staff...treble clef and bass clef...each type tells you if the notes are high or low
so looking at wowhead, I think this willbe something to do with Kara - they ARE linked in time via Burning crusade and legion, new Kara has items called Kibbles in them from what I can see, and it has different foods.
So i wonder if there are any consumable items in old kara, that are not in new kara, so you need to interact and bring them forwards in time to the new kara dungeon?
Possibly a reward for completing 4 time walking dungeons in a timewalking event week?
Perhaps the notes represent Do Re Me Fa So La Te Do which may make some words

The only thing that comes up when I search for Kibbles is a ring that drops in Blackrock Caverns from Beauty. Beauty happens to have 4 pups. Not sure that makes any sense, but none of these things do anyway.
After recieving the last clue, I figured out that it was probably a 4/4 beat based on the use of a metronome (which is 60 bpm signature). I'm familiar with music scales, tempo, and beat, just not a musician and have no clue how to apply this to the problem or where to begin looking for the answer. Maybe clap in a 4/4 beat? But it talks about lines. Maybe lay the two sets of 4 kibbles on along the lines of a music sheet?
