This week's PTR update included a quick look at the upcoming Stratholme Pet Dungeon. Additionally, Blizzard posted development notes regarding this week's PTR patch.

The latest PTR patch added 8 more pets, bringing us to a total of 87 datamined pets! We'll have more information on these pets once it becomes available.

  • Stage 4: Tormented Spirits
  • Stage 5: Ain't Afraid of No Ghosts
  • Stage 6: Ambush!
  • Stage 7: No Shortage of Dead Things

Much like previous Pet Dungeons, completing the Normal version will unlock the Challenge Mode. Completing this tougher version of the Pet Dungeon will complete the achievement Pet Battle Challenge: Stratholme, which awards Minimancer! (pictured above)

Once the Stratholme Pet Dungeon opens up for testing, we'll have a firsthand overview of what Pet Battlers will find inside, and the rewards that will be available.

An improved Bug Report system is currently in place on the PTR, so it should be easier to report any issues and give feedback. The PTR Bug Forum is also a good place to note bugs and provide constructive feedback.

Note that there will be character wipe on the PTR in a few weeks, and testers will need to re-copy their character and account-data.
