This is such a disappointing pet for 600 tenders.... it's a reskin I really don't see the justification of 600. 

Previously retired pets and new model pets might be worth 600 but not a cheap reskin. Yikes :/

 

 

Was able to still get her today, 11th Dec 2023 for anyone still wondering! I thought I had missed out but tried just in case and sure enough she was added as a gift to my inventory after beating hogger :D

I feel like this pet was incorrectly marked as a 'critter' when it should be a 'magic' pet... all the other green dream touched pets are magic

280 Runs here and nothing, not even the supposed "2%" saddle.... this is not right

 

 

Edit: finally dropped and it was my (roughly) 315th kill (no curses on that run), that is actually disgusting. Drop rates like that for a limited 2 week per year event means a vast majority of players won't see Arfus. Blizzard need to stop with these kind of rubbish game design decisions. It's not fun and just leads to disappointment and frustration on the players/pet collectors ends.

I am SO excited right now, FINALLY we are getting a pet on the trading post that was and has been unavailable for years (beyond the amount of years i've played, and I have played a lot.) :D Seriously can not wait!

Ok anyone actually gotten this pet or seen anyone else get it? 

 

I've never seen it drop in any groups, none of my many toons have gotten it and it isn't listen on any of my servers AHs. 

 

Wondering if it's bugged or doesn't actually drop from Brullos chest?

Same for me as the below comment, was able to get a snail before renown 7 (just a different snail though), however now that I am renown 7 it has bugged out my game and I am unable to do the quest for any of the other snails :(

So are we going to talk about the fact that blizzard made this very rarely spawning pet have a very rare alternate skin/colour variation to top it off?

 

 

It was fun and all having a 1% rare skin on pets that can be reset, but this is just not right.

Just got the gorgeous white/grey variant, however as this pet can only be found as a primary pet this was a terrible grind because you can't do the backline pet reset method and you are competing with non battle pet critter spawns in the battle pet spawn places. 

 

 

Edit: found in the mid section area around 52 44ish. Your best chance is to kill all the yellow critter and battle pet versions or sever hop if possible. Goodluck :)

It's from an upcoming in game event. No need to purchase d4 :)

Does this ever drop beyond first kill of the day? have killed him upwards of 70 times over 2 toons and never seen this drop.

Wowhead is showing a 4th skin to this, I am currently entering and forfeiting battle over and over with an eye of affliction that has one of these pets as secondaries to reset the skins and haven't as yet seen the 4th skin (happens to be the nicest one imo) which is purple eyes blue wings and back and purple body. 

 

If anyone gets this alternate skin please comment and let us know if it is possible :D

So is there a reason for the incositency on blizzards part in relation to obtaining these pets. I logged in to wow during the 10th anniversary and got the molten corgi pet as an example (as that one is tied to the achieve) but not the 4th so didn't get this pet. (also an achieve)

 

The molten corgi can be purchased at any anniversary now but the bear can not. Why one set of rules for one pet and not the other? If they make one available always then they need to do the same for all...

It's adorable cos it's teeny tiny. By far the smallest spider pet in game!

So how does one obtain this pet when the rare it drops from has been bugged since launch, you get one shot at getting it because once you kill the rare for the first time you are SOL after that. Any subsequent kills don't receive loot and the game treats it like you have already killed the rare that day (no silver portal around it's name-no loot)

They put the baby murloc noises on him!!! It is both hilarious and creepy xD

Lolia, you are incorrect, SOME LUCKY people who had colour changing bunnies before now have golden ones. You CAN NOT catch the shiny golden bunnies in the wild, either you had a colour changer before the bug and now lucked out and it is golden or you missed out. I am one of those who missed out. Blizzard really need to update the elfin rabbit and mountain cottontail to also spawn the golden skin in the wild (even if only a 1% chance to spawn with it) just so that other people have a chance it.

Not able to summon on alliance toons, only horde (so this bug IS still current as of Sep 2018)
