Came here, hoping to find a definitive answer to "What difficulty does this pet drop on?". Unfortunately, even here people are divided. Some insist he only drops in Normal, others found him on Heroic. 

My guess is that both Lich King pets can drop on Heroic, but the Wicked Soul can't drop in Normal?

I honestly don't really know anymore and as of right now, zero Drudge Ghouls are offered on the AH. So I'm stuck farming the Heroic one, I guess.

This pet's idle makes me slightely uncomfortable, with the slapping of her bottom and the moaning....

Even after the launch of WoD, the quests in The Underbog (Coilfang Reservoir, entrance to your right) are still available! Go for it! :D

The best thing about this pet is that it occasionally devours critters when they get too close. Other than that; meh.

Finally caught this little guy! He was right outside the cave and it wasn't raining. Poor quality, but that's what stones are for.

For those of you who have settled for a poor quality one; don't give up! I kept on checking the spawnpoints everytime I got near and today I was rewarded with a rare. They do excist! :D

I took Squirtgun's advice; revert the Blasted Lands back to its original state by talking to the NPC on the hill to the right of the path from the Swamp Of Sorrows. There were loads of Scorplings after I did this. Thanks!

I couldn't find one on the islands everyone mentions, so I just started battling every pet in the KW. Found one as a secondary on the fifth attempt. Uncommon.

So, I had been checking the place time and time again. The boyfriend starts to level his pets, checks it once and found a Minfernal. He was sweet enough to give it to me; uncommon quality too!

I was on the island, when it was raining. Zero Baby Apes. Was it the wrong kind of rain? :/

Update; I finally caught one! Turns out that the apes despawn before the rain actually ends.

Everytime I got near the Nothern Barrens, I made sure to visit the nests. Today, I finally got my reward! :D

I got a rare one on the first try and it's been on my team ever since. I love it!

Paid only 1000g for this one on the AH because I'm too impatient to raid everytime. Such luck! :D

I got my uncommon Unborn Val'kyr on my first try! I downloaded the addon TomTom, set up the waypoints that I googled and went for a beautiful fly-around. (Also captured some other pets while I was at it.) I was about half-way through my first round when I found it.

I can obviously recommend this to anyone! By flying around from waypoint to waypoint, exploring and capturing other pets, it didn't even feel like camping. Good luck! :D
