For those of you from Europe:
I found a message on one of mmo-champion boards (via google). I acted on it, got the pet, so decided to share the information here as well for others:

Found rare as a secondary to a Jungle Grub at the Incursion (inside the camp itself). Also note: those who have done the Lion's Landing questline are clearly phased -- whenever you enter the area all battle pets disappear. I saw some otters and pups when flying from Jade Forest, but the moment my location changed to Krasarang Wilds / Lion's Landing, all pets disappeared... Oh, and I don't believe it ever appears as secondary in Valley of the Four Winds.

Finally got my Trainer title, this has been a lot of work. My goal was set at 10 wins a day, sometimes I managed 20, which enabled me to reach this in somewhere between 2 and 3 months since I got around to it (had about 300 wins when I set the schedule). I can now rest a little ^^.
