Killed about 180 small ones, 10-11 elites and it dropped. Considering how fast the little ones respawn, this is an easy farm, and I made 450g out of the junk drops!

Have been hunting this little treasure for a while now, have never seen it appear, and never seen a snowstorm. Finally logged in to see it today, the kits spawn all over the zone and appeared to despawn immediately after the snow stopped. I can't say for sure how long it had been snowing before I arrived, but it kept snowing for a good 10 minutes.

There seem to be plenty of these roaches around the manaforges in Netherstorm.

These often spawn as a secondary battle all over BEM.

Just been looking for one of these at 2:30pm server time, and no spawns at all. Suspect there is a time-sensitive element, possibly midnight to 9am as in the case of the Restless Shadeling?

Edit: Returned at 2:30am server time, and there were several.
