Found mine at 71, 44 in the Drowned Market; took me DAYS to find it, over 40 pet battles.  Ended up picking up a green at the above co-ordinates, which is between the two pillars just after crossing the broken bridge on the main path into DM, just under the 'r' in Kal'Methir on the map.

This is the first Nazjatar pet i collected - i got him in the starting area scenario - yes, i actually did a pet battle (3 in fact!) while Lor'themar was pining over Blightcaller's absence!

i can confirm that they do indeed spawn on their own.  The 3 pet battles i did in the opening scenario were all this pet as the "main."

i'm soooo looking forward to this little guy - Dead Man's Party sonds like it's gonna be a riot!

My 2 biggest beefs with WoW's world events were the Macabre Marionette not being permanent, and the broom being the same status - and one of those has now been addressed!

As with so many other people posting here, it took me sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo long to get this guy - a wait made even worse by the fact that my best friend got hers so early on!!  The only Tolvir rare that took me longer was the Vial Of The Sands recipe. All i can say - as others have - is to persist.

Now that i have this guy, i can't say enough about him!!  Though, i do wish that Rot & Hand Of Doom weren't on same button! As for naming him - why you would have this pet and NOT call him "Thing" is beyond me!!

i got mine (poor quality) in Dragonblight, loc 26,54 (between Star's Rest & Azjol'Nerub); took me roughly 3 weeks in real time (doing the rounds any time i happened to be in Northrend - which was mostly doing the cooking and fishing quests in Dalaran), but that was doing about 1 round a day; in actual "farming" time, it was about my 15th circuit or so. i'm on Proudmoore, and it was about 0300 server time.

My experiencing farming for a blue version of this pet is not nealry as dire as some posted here - i found that if you set yourself a circluar path on the ledge/path right round Death's Door and stuck to it, the first ones you fought had respawned by the time you got back round to the beginning of your circuit.

This is easily the pet i use the most in the game - it is so versatile, and making judicious use of Screech (if needed) followed immediately by Exposed Wounds, then either Bite or Batter (depending on who you're fighting), you can really make a dent in the opposing team. At least half of the tamers in Pandaria have suffered terribly at my hands through this little guy!!

This guy is FIERCE against dragons, even the "hard" ones like the bastich you're up against first in the Burning Pandaren Spirit daily; it hurts a little when he misses, but if you can land every hit, the epic level dragon pets you'll fight in Pandaria will fall within 3 rounds; judicious use Deflection really stretches out his life as well.

Still trying for this pet, doing daily every single day of DMF since xpac.

The pets I use:

Lil' Deathwing (Roll, Shadowflame til almost dead, Elementium Bolt to carry over to Tonk);

Crimson Shale Hatchling (Poison Spit, Burn);

Cogblade Raptor (Overtune, Batter).

If none of mine miss and i get at least 1 miss against me (a common occurrence), the Shale Hatchling survives to absorb the stun the monkey ALWAYS starts with. I win first time about 85% of the time.
