I didn't camp or kill rats. I just kept a toon on station over a known spawn point.  I would check a few times each day. When I checked this morning, the Minifernal was right below me. And a blue one to boot. Took about a month to get him. Now all I need is the Snowy Owl from winterspring for the world achieve.

Three at TuShen Burial Ground in the vale. (44.6, 71.8) Two poor and a common. I marked one and let the others respawn. Finally, an uncommon showed up.

My first trip came up empty; nothing but poor quality bears.  The first bear on my second trip was a rare and right next to him was another rare!
