Ragepeep does indeed have sound! The li'l guy makes a range of vocalisations on click (and they sound as angry as the name implies!)

Can confirm that they seems to spawn alongside the Elder Diemetradons - I've found several by killing off the mobs and waiting for them to respawn.
They're not just around the Hot Springs either. It seems they can spawn from the Golakka Hot Springs to Terror Run; basically anywhere you can find the Elders.

Scalding Pools around the Geyser Fields appears to be the best place to catch these li'l globs.

Re: Brown Marmot
My search for the apparently elusive Brown Marmot in Blade's Edge has been abandoned. Despite traversing the entirety of the zone, as well as engaging in numberous Pet Battles to see if one would tag along as a friend to a different pet, I have been extremely unsuccessful in locating a single one of these rodents.
The possibility that they only spawn in the Hinterlands appears to be the most likely explanation, though I suspect more evidence will be needed to confirm this suspicion.

Uuna's story is so heartwarming and lovely. Her doll dropped for both me AND my partner on only our third time killing the Many-Faced Devourer! Absolutely loved helping her out. Well worth the effort.
Ragepeep dropped for me on my first time to Arathi Highlands, today. Another player was killing the Rare Elite it drops from, and I happened to join in -- so glad I did!
