Rocked up to the savage thicket, spotted about 7 of them all poor but one common attack breed which I caught and shall use my battle-stone on :D

I also notice that the whelp isn't on the safari list yet

I reach the minfernal just in time, An Ally player logging in right next to it!

 

I click battle and the dreaded red text appears...

 

 

You can't pet battle while in combat.

Quickly I turned and shoot the infernal with 2 shots from my bow and returned to battle the Minfernal.

 

To my dismay the Alliance player had already started battling it D:

 

A quick convo with the helmed ninja revealed that he was just in the region by chance! he wasn't even trying to get it!!

*went to look for spirit crab* (forgot to swap to my turnip) lvl 21s all round and had a larva (r) as the backup pet... couldn't lower its health without killing it... *crys*
