I just got this from a flower that dropped from a grown seedling at 49.87, 35.32.

Located at 71.66 74.18 in Ohn'ahran Plains. There is a beaver dam that has four brown sticks sticking up. When you mouse over them you will see a action wheel to click on. Once you click them the battle pet will come out.

There is one inside a tiny cave in Ohn'ero Plains at 76 27. There was a non battle version that I killed and the battle one spawned qui after.

Hard to find! I found both the Flooftalon and the Slumbertooth around 47.65, 76.19.
